(Scrip Code 500376) Trading members of the Exchange are hereby informed that, pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Satyam Computer Services Ltd with Tech Mahindra Ltd., as approved by the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature, Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad. Tech Mahindra Ltd. has fixed a Record Date to determine the entitlement of shareholders of Satyam Computer Services Ltd to the equity shares of Tech Mahindra Ltd. Trading Members are advised not to deal in the equity shares of Satyam Computer Services Ltd. with effect from the under mentioned date. Upon the Scheme becoming effective and in consideration of the transfer and vesting of Undertaking of Satyam Computer Services Ltd. to Tech Mahindra Ltd., Tech Mahindra Ltd shall issue and allot shares to all the shareholders of Satyam Computer Services Ltd in the following proportion: 2 (TWO) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of Tech Mahindra Ltd, fully paid up for every 17(SEVENTEEN) equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up held in Satyam Computer Services Ltd. 04/07/2013 DR-069/2013-2014 Trading Members of the Exchange are requested to take note of it.
