MUMBAI, JANUARY 03, 2018: Orient Paper & Industries Ltd, (Exchange ticker 502420) is demerging its consumer electric business, which will be later merged with Orient Electric Ltd, an unlisted subsidiary of Orient Paper & Industries Ltd. On account of this scheme of arrangement, effective at the open of Thursday, January 11, 2018, below changes will be made to the following S&P BSE Indices.
