In continuation to the Exchange’s Notice No. 20100907-6 dated September 7, 2010, trading members are hereby informed that the trading in the equity shares ofPankaj Polymers Limited (BSE Scrip code: 531280) shall be permitted under ‘B’ group with effect from, March 16, 2012

Replacement of Companies in BSE indices

Trading members of the Exchange are hereby informed that following replacements shall be made in BSE Indices:Vide Notice No.             20120224-22       dated February 24, 2012, trading in equity shares of UTV Software Communications Ltd. (BSE Code:532619) will be discontinued w. e .f March 09, 2012 & Vide Notice No. 20120227-8 dated February 27, 2012, trading in equity shares of Carol Info Services Ltd. (BSE Code:500446) will be discontinued w. e .f March 12, 2012, on account of discontinuation of trading and voluntary delisting of equity shares as per SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations 2009. UTV Software Communications Ltd. is presently part of BSE-500, BSE TECk and BSE Mid-Cap index.  Carol Info Services Ltd. is presently part of BSE Small-Cap Index. This has necessitated replacement in Indices.

Vide Notice No.             20120301-01      , dated March 01, 2012 Provogue (India) Ltd. (BSE Code: 532647) shall go in to No-Dealing Status w. e. f. March 07, 2012 on account of Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger. At present company is a constituent of BSE Small-Cap index, which necessitates its exclusion.

BSE TASIS Shariah 50 index:

BSE TASIS Shariah 50 Index was launched on December 27, 2010. As per the guidelines laid down for this Index, stocks will be excluded from the Index, if an existing constituent becomes non-shariah compliant and will be replaced with a company based on superior final rank.
