In continuation to the Exchange’s Notice No. 20100907-6 dated September 7, 2010, trading  members are hereby informed that the trading in the equity shares of Future Ventures India Limited.  (Scrip code – 533400)  will be permitted under ‘B’ group and shall be transferred from   trade for trade segment to rolling segment with effect from, July 18, 2013.   In case the trading members require any clarification on the subject matter of the notice,  they may please contact the undersigned on Tel. Trading members of the Exchange are hereby informed that following replacements shall be made in the below mentioned indices:

·         Vide Notice No. 20130613-25 dated June 13, 2013 Future Retail Ltd. (BSE Code: 523574) shall start trading Ex-entitlement basis w.e.f June 21, 2013 on account of Scheme of Arrangement. And it is part of S&P BSE 500, S&P BSE 200 and S&P BSE MIDCAP Index

·         Vide Notice No. 20130613-24 Future Ventures India Ltd (BSE Code 533400) shall go into No Dealing Status w.e.f. June 21, 2013 on account of Scheme of Arrangement. And it is part of S&P BSE 500 and S&P BSE SMALL CAP Index.
