Scheme of Amalgamation: -
Demerger of Real Estate Undertaking of IVRCL Assets & Holding Ltd. into Rihim Developers Pvt. Ltd. and Amalgamation of Remaining Undertaking of IVRCL Assets & Holdings Ltd. with IVRCL Ltd.
Upon the coming into effect of this Scheme and in consideration of the merger of Remaining Undertaking of IVRCL Assets & Holdings Ltd into IVRCL Ltd.; IVRCL Ltd. shall issue and allot 5 (FIVE) equity shares of the face value ofRs. 2/- (RUPEES TWO) each as fully paid for every 6 (SIX) equity shares of the face value ofRs. 10/- (RUPEES TEN) each fully paid-up held in IVRCL Assets & Holdings Ltd.
