Sub: Shifting of scrips to ‘Z’ group.
Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. CIR/MRD/DSA/31/2013 dated. September 30, 2013 and Exchange
notice no. 20140117-20 dated January 17, 2014, Trading Members are hereby informed that
the below mentioned scrips will be transferred to ‘Z’ group with effect from Wednesday, July 09,
2014, due to non compliance for two consecutive quarters i.e December 2013 and March 2014
for the Clause-41 of the Listing Agreement.
It may by noted that the following companies are currently in the ‘Z’ group for non compliance for
two consecutive quarters i.e December 2013 and March 2014 for the Clause-35 & 49 of the
Listing Agreement, in terms of Notice No.20140620-30 dated June 20, 2014.
These companies are also non-compliant for two consecutive quarters i.e. December 2013 and
March 2014 for the Clause-41 of the Listing Agreement.
The trades in all the aforesaid scrips executed in ‘Z’ group will be settled on Trade for Trade
basis.
