Angel Broking

Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that SEBI vide its letter Ref. No.MIRSD1/AA/28415/2012 dated December 18, 2012 has approved the Merger of Angel Broking Limited (BSE Member, Clg. No.612) with Angel Global Capital Pvt. Ltd. and subsequent name change of Angel Global Capital Pvt. Ltd. to Angel Broking Pvt. Ltd. in both cash and equity derivative segment.

The name of Angel Broking Limited (Clg. No.612) stands changed to "Angel Broking Pvt. Ltd. (Clg. No. 612)" w.e.f  Thursday 1^st August, 2013.
