(Scrip Code 532631) Trading members of the Exchange are hereby informed that, pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Fame India Ltd with Inox Leisure Ltd., as approved by the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay and Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad. Inox Leisure Ltd. has fixed a Record Date to determine the entitlement of shareholders of Fame India Ltd to the equity shares of Inox Leisure Ltd. Trading Members are advised not to deal in the equity shares of Fame India Ltd. with effect from the under mentioned date. COMPANY NAME  CODE RECORD DATE PURPOSE NO DEALINGS FROM Fame India Ltd. (532631) 28/06/2013 The Scheme of Amalgamation: - Amalgamation of Fame India Ltd. with Inox Leisure Ltd. Upon the Scheme becoming effective and in consideration of the transfer and vesting of Undertaking of Fame India Ltd. to Inox Leisure Ltd., Inox Leisure Ltd shall issue and allot shares to all the shareholders of Fame India Ltd in the following proportion: 5 (FIVE) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of Inox Leisure Ltd, credited as fully paid up for every 8(EIGHT) fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/-each held in Fame India Ltd. 27/06/2013 DR-064/2013-2014 Trading Members of the Exchange are requested to take note of it.
