(FVIL) has fixed  the Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement to the shareholders of the Company pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement (Demerger & Reduction of Capital) of the Company sanctioned by Hon’ble High Court at Bombay. (533400, 633400) 24/06/2013 Scheme of Arrangement: - Upon this Scheme coming into effect, in consideration of the transfer of FVIL Demerged Undertaking (Fashion Business) by FVIL to Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited (FLFL): Every equity shareholder of Future Ventures India Ltd shall be entitled to receive 1 equity share of FLFL, for every 31 equity shares held in Future Ventures India Ltd, Reduction of share capital: The face value of shares held by shareholders of FVIL shall be reduced from Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 6/- each. 21/06/2013 DR-060/2013- 2014 Trading Members of the Exchange are requested to take note of it.
